Many would question a company and particularly a leading London law firm is associated with a client that is surrounded by negative publicity and mounting accusations. We have already advised Hamlins Managing Partner Nigel Mason to drop Hargrave like a ‘Hot Potato’ kick him into touch Mr. Mason, he is harming your business.
Unfortunately, our advice seems continual to fall on deaf ears over at Hamlins HQ-Roxburghe House. Hamlins management continues their dog-idly support and service for their client Paul Hargrave. This is a mystery to many. Conspiracy theories must shortly abound, ultimately there will be a backlash, and Hamlins may not be able to contain it

The action group we represent is to support and find a resolution for those who have lost millions through boiler room fraud. We have credible information from a reliable source (yet to be officially confirmed) that a number of Hamilton staff have been individually contacted in connection to this case. We believe they have been given details of Paul Hargrave client fiasco. And that of Hargrave links to organized crime, responsible for scamming millions of pounds from hundreds of innocent b0iler room victims.
This gang, sets-up and prompts fictitious companies propagating by professional looking websites which peddling fraudulent promises and lies. They set-up, target and cajole innocent and many vulnerable investors to be ripped-off resulting in many losing life savings.
And Hamlins has Hargrave as a client!
Hamlins say they haven't proof from us. Don’t the Jakarta offshore accounts will Hargrave and cohort Matthew Giles detailing their show names and large sums raise any red flags!!!… don't warrant an investigation? Apparently not from where we are standing

We know Hamilton senior management are aware of these accusations including Simon Gallant (Hamlins Consultant) who Paul Hargrave is Gallant client. A number of investors affected by boiler room scams are at a loss as to why Hamlins is continuing supporting Hargrave. One said;

Nigel Mason, Managing Partner, Hamlins, has been asked on a number of occasions to provide a clear reason why Hamlins are steadfastly supporting this guy. Are we missing something? Has Hamlins provided legal representation before? Is there a special relationship? Does the client relationship have a history? Is Hargrave account just too lucrative to lose? Are their other ties which if we knew of would make sense why Hamlins is acting in this way? All these questions and more being continually asked by individuals, families and loved ones who have been ripped-off by boiler room fraud.
Hargraves have according to a number of posted social media blogs been specifically connected to running off-shore boiler room scam operations. Manila was named as one location, but we have been advising the operation is well established across other Asian counties.
Hargrave engaged Hamlins to apparently fight these allegations. This is interesting stuff an must be costing him an arm and a leg as London Law firms are notoriously expensive. This raised a number of pinpoint questions, not least is Hamlins being paid by Hargraves with doggy money? If you start thinking about this fact, it has legs, but can it walk? Hamlins need to get a grip before HMRC pops its head around the door!!
We challenge Hamlins Senior Management and will continue to do so on behalf of ALL those who have been directly financially impacted by the Giles family & Hargrave internet fraud gang. And for ALL those who what to help the police bring internet criminals to justice, a crime that has now reached epidemic proportions in the UK.
Hamlins are HAPPY to continue to provide Paul Hargrave with legal support and advise. WHY? ……..WE ARE NOT!
Has Hamlins Management a Special Relationship with Paul Hargrave, we don't have any evidence right now, but you have to ask the question, and we have to continue looking
WE AGAIN CHALLENGE HAMLINS to provide a Sworn Affidavit from Paul Hargrave unequivocal stating he is not a criminal. Has not been part of any boiler room fraud, money laundering or undertaken tax evasion. Has no knowledge of any criminal activities or involvement with names:

Earl Hamilton Marsdon and David Gilinsky
This is not a big ask under the circumstances for Hamlins to get Paul Hargrave to sign-off. It would go some way towards repudiating the mounting and continuing accusation against Hargrave. By Hamlins not expediting begs the question for BOTH…….. WHY NOT!!
CONSIDER THIS:
What has Hargrave got to lose if innocent? Does Hamlins also have a problem with this? Are they linked? Is the water clear of becoming murky? Is Hamilton Management out of its depth? By acting stum, do they think the problem will go away? Are Hamilton employees becoming unfairly tainted?
Many questions but still NO clarity from Hamlins…..WHY??
Mr Michael Tasker is a boiler room fraud victim, he specifically names, names. He names Paul Hargrave and others in this harrowing video…..It could have been you, a family member or close friend. It could have even been an employee of Hamlins! How would you view the reputation of London law firm Hamlins having anything to do with this type of person? Is it just down to fee generation, is Hargrave paying Hamlins big bucks or what?
Hamlins have asked for proof to back-up our accusations. We sent them Indonesian offshore accounts with Hargrave and Giles names on them, together showing substantial amounts of funds. These are collection accounts. They asked for proof, we have it, so do the Russians investigators who recently visited Manila Mr. Hargraves backyard and that of his cohorts!
So if Hamlins wants a game of poker with Paul Hargrave as bait go ahead sue us, alternatively provide a sworn affidavit, drop the Hot Potato…….your choice …... it's that simple!
