HAMLINS LAW FIRM WILL SUFFER THE MOTHER OF ALL BLOWBACKS?


Hamlins has point-blank refused to validate their decision to accept Paul Hargraves as a new client. Paul Hargrave is no ordinary client, he carries a lot of negative social media baggage. Law firm Hamlins was hired apparently to defend Hargraves toxic baggage

Many scammed investors have publicly pointed their finger directly at with his kinks to boiler room scams. Direct requests have been made to Hamlins management on this matter. Hamlins refuse to answer, sighting they have NO obligation to do so! They are correct on a legal stance

It seems Hamlins management have got themselves ‘stuck between rock and a hard place’. And believe their continued intransigence will win the day. It won't.


Hamlins proudly claims:
‘Much of our work makes the headlines..’ We guarantee this one will for all the right reasons


Hamlins have been sent information on Paul Hargrave and they are aware of the various web post in the public domain that spells out by independent authors accusation of cyber crimes undertaken by Paul Hargraves and named cohorts. By way of example, he may like to refresh his memory with the below posts originated and sent by a Russian investigation squad on recon to Manila!

Hamlins are you still in denial there is NO substance to scammed investor claims and undeniable connections to your client Paul Hargrave with Boiler Room Crimes?


But there still remains the vexed question hanging over Hamlins decision to support and validate Paul Hargrave credentials.


‘Hamlins continue to defend Paul Hargrave. The loyalty they show to this particular client is quite baffling and beginning to be questionable’


Hamlins actions seem to bring into question and test the boundaries of moral decency that one would expect. Their actions seem to dilute these boundaries and fly in the face of the many hundreds of investors scammed by Hargrave and gang, who lost collectively tens of millions of euros. Many, now languishing from this financial terrorism, facing an uncertain future, some financial ruined, others having suicidal tendencies.


For Hamlins their corporate actions to date seem to show a scant regard and somewhat contempt for those scammed investors. Up to now, I have had no gripe towards Hamlins or individuals, Simon Gallant (Hamlins Consultant) or Managing Partner Nigel Mason. But their continual intransigence and failure to respond to reasonable questions may change this!

We have no desire to initiate a witch hunt against Hamlins. And continue berating them. But we do actively contact and educating those that Hargrave and his gang contact. Warning them of who they are dealing with. We believe we owe this to all the people they have scammed. And we don’t believe that many upstanding and reasonable minded pole would disagree with this. Our case rests.


Maybe the Hamlins prevailing corporate strategy is entrenched in the Three Wise Monkeys?



But before a wry smile passes across the lips of Messes Simon Gallant (whose client is Paul Hargrave) and that of Managing Partner Nigel Mason, they may like to view this…....
