Everything seems to look fine from the outside? We take a different view. We believe there are dark clouds lurking in the deep recesses. For all those who have been directly effected by Boiler Room Fraud we believe we have a duty to them to seek out and find the truth about The Beeches

The Beeches Nursing Home, is it all that it seems?

Our ongoing investigations believe this purported venerable and professionally marketed nursing home need further attention by out investigation teams. The Beeches promoted themselves through a polished website and glossy brochures all designed to enhance its image and services. There is nothing wrong with this. Their targeted customer base and current residents for this I upscale nursing home will be affluent, discerning and principled. Any whiff of foul play, dubious connections or worst still any connections with criminals even tenuous will NOT enhance their reputation. They know this as we do.

If there were any such connections we believe we have a citizens right and duty to make it public. Conversely, the directors of The Beeches, Worthing, have a right if they so wish to respond and explain and/or defend any negative allegations.

We have on numerous occasions contacted the Directors of The Beeches, Worthing, and presented them with we believe factual information concerning links with a crime. Their response was to refute dialog and engaged leading London lawyers, Hamlins to represent them. In turn, we have asked Hamlins on more than one occasion for their clients, to refute our allegations of criminal links by providing a Sworn Affidavit, categorically stating they have no links with a crime. They ALL refused to do this.

WHY!!!

The Beeches Worthing-The Dark Side Connections …...some are already coming to light. We have been in contact with The Beeches Directors, but they don’t respond. Have they something to hide? Their reaction to our claimes seems strange. There silence and the publicity which surrounds this must be a cause discomfort even concern to The Beeches residence, those who pay the bills, the Beeches staff and anyone else who does business with them.

So what company is connected to The Beeches Director and owner Sarah Wyatt?

The Beaches nursing home is high end, a multi-million-pound estate, owned and managed by two family members, mother and daughter team Diane Jane Wyatt and daughter Sarah Wyatt. The care home we understand has an exemplary reputation and caters to the select few who are able to afford to stay in such a privileged environment.

The Beeches nursing home is proud to promote their well laid out and manicured lawns, complement by the designated patio and communal seating areas. The aspect of the landscape gardens was planned to be west facing to catch the softer afternoon sun, fresh sea air and beautiful vistas together complement this idyllic venue and embellish the stay of their discerning residents stay.

The Beaches facilities are impressive, the large-screen satellite TV, a spacious dining area with the look and feel of a quality restaurant. Modern lifts are provided to all floors to the spacious and very well appointed rooms. Residents can visit the in-house hairdresser salon, and the visiting Chiropodist and physiotherapist appointment can all be arranged by the highly qualified and experienced staff.

The Beeches nursing home sounds a delightful environment for the fortunate well healed and privileged few, all this supported by a full complement of trained staff in access of 60.

But this all comes at a cost. The continual upgrades and refurbishment, ongoing maintenance and garden landscaping et al.

But let's not get too carried away the success of this mother and daughter Wyatt team. Set-up this nursing home was to make money. Its a business and like any other business it needs to generate cash flow from resident income and make capital investments to upgrade facilities to keep it competitive.

It seems to be doing very very well and the refurbishment upgrades have made it a stand out care home within the Worthing area. It has done so well as a business that senior owner/director Diane Jane Wyatt resides in an exclusive sea fronted residence on The Parade, in Worthing, where property values are close to £1,000,000.

BUT Is This ALL Too Good To Be True?

Well, we are investigating this and for good reasons. The Beeches Worthing Ltd have Chisnall Comer Ismail & Co as their accountants for year-end 28^th February 2017 accounts. But for the above year accountants were NOT instructed either to carry out an audit or a review The Beeches Worthing Ltd accounts

For this reason their accountant's states

‘NOT verified the accounts accuracy or completeness of accounting records….’ ‘ ….*we *(Chisnall Comer Ismail & Co) do not, therefore, express any opinion on the statutory accounts’

Furthermore, accountants Chisnall Comer Ismail & Co state to The Beeches Worthing Ltd *directors, (*Mrs. Diana Jane Wyatt and daughter Miss Sarah Elizabeth Wyatt) the following:

*’You (*Directors) consider that the Beeches Worthing Limited is exempt from the statuary audit requirement for the *year’ *(year-end 28^th February 2017)

Accounts for year-end 2017 shows Tangible assets for The Beeches Worthing Ltd up 54% and total assets up the same percentage. This is a very impressive performance! THE DIRECTORS decided NOT to file the Profit & Loss account for the above year, (which under the provision the company falls under they can opt out)

The Beeches Worthing Ltd is a very privately owned multi-million-pound luxury care home estate. Owned and run by two family members. In recent years they seem to experience a high level of business success. And spend considerable amounts of cash refurbishing and improving their estate. But this pail into insignificant compared to the millions defrauded from hundreds of innocent victims by international internet fraudster, money launder, and tax evader

Mr. Hargrave engaged London lawyers Hamlins, to respond to our questions, and threatened to take legal action. Surprisingly, no action has come to form him or his legal counsel. That is NOT surprising when we filled in Hamlins with information on Hargrave Jakarta collection accounts.

If someone called YOU a criminal, a fraudster, part of an organized international crime syndicate, accused you of targeting, grooming and ripping-off millions of pounds from innocent families. Stealing life saving and devastating family finances by using devious and sophisticated means. Setting-up offshore money laundering and collection accounts, and seeking ways to clean money and avoid tax. TAKE ACTION if you were innocent? Paul Hargrave hasnt?

It is not we believe stretching the imagination if Paul Hargrave is accused of international money laundering and sophisticated money transfers he has the skill base the motivation and opportunity to clear money through investing in established companies. If this were the case maybe he would ask his common-law wife for advice and help?

We have repeatedly asked Paul Hargrave though his lawyers Hamlins to provide a Sworn Affidavit, they have both repeatedly refused. By doing so, we believe it would be the smart way for them to rebuke our accusation swiftly and allow him to walk away with head held high. BUT they continually refuse….WHY?

Paul Hargreaves common-law wife is Sarah Wyatt!!

We now ask Sarah Wyatt to provide a Sworn Affidavit answering the following questions:

1. Have you the knowledge that Paul Hargrave he been involved or associated with any criminal activities?
2. Have you the knowledge that Paul Hargrave been in contact with and/ or undertaken business connected to one or more of the following people Maggie Giles, David Gilinsky, or Earl Hamilton Marsden?
3. Has The Beeches Worthing Ltd, received any money and /or financial investment or any other financial support directly from or connected with Paul Hargrave?

Miss. Sarah Wyatt if you agree to provide a bona fide Sworn Affidavit though your legal representative and answer NO to ALL of the above three questions then we will cease blogging about The Beeches Worthing Ltd until and up to a point that if substantive evidence comes to light which questions or shows your Sworn Affidavit response to be false.
