Internet Fraud Gang Boss Paul Hargrave Linked to The Beeches Nursing Home Worthing?

The Beeches Worthing limited is a substantial luxury 5-star multi-million-pound nursing complex. According to Companies House privately owned by two Officers, Sarah Elizabeth Jane Wyatt-Secretary and her mother of 77 years Diana Jane Wyatt - Director

In putting together this investigative story the author Ms Max Driver reached out to both Ms Diana Wyatt, owner ‘Of the Beeches’ nursing home and the legal representative team from Hamlins LLP London, consultant Mr Simon Gallant who worked on behalf of of her son-in-law Mr Paul Hargrave for their comment. Each was emailed with details of numerous accusations being lodged by scam victims against Mr Paul Hargrave. Citing Hargraves's direct involvement with cybercrime and fraud. Ms Max Driver invited each to respond to claims of Mr Hargrave's links to The Beeches nursing home, stating:

‘My approach was grounded in professional due diligence by providing Messers. Wyatt and Gallant an opportunity and platform to refute these allegations. Both have decided for whatever reasons NOT to respond’.

Each also failed to acknowledge receipt of an email or ask for evidence to support claims against Paul Hargrave. Mrs Diana Wyatt and even Mr Paul Hargrave's common-law wife Mrs Sarah Wyatt have seemly decided not to support her husband. Is there a rift in the family? Is there substance to the claims by Mr Hargrave's victims? These are the obvious question that people may ask. For his alleged victims it is reasonable to interpret this as a further indictment of his crimes, for others it may seem all rather puzzling!

Allegations over many months posted by scammed ‘investors’ have been made against The Beeches nursing homeowners (through family links) to international fraud. These victims stated they have substantive evidence to support the allegations. Victims claim they have contacted the Beeches legal representative (at the time) Hamlins LLP, Roxburghe House, London, for The Beeches owners and Mr Paul Hargrave to unequivocally state through a Sworn Affidavit they have absolutely no involvement in any criminal activities. I have been advised by victim groups that Messrs Wyatt and Hargrave have declined to provide any such Sworn Affidavit

The U.K. private care home sector is expecting significant growth in the coming years due to an increase in the number of the ageing population

Studies show demand is expected to outstrip supply, leading to price inflation in the Private sector. On this bases, it looks like a smart place to invest money and It seems this has not been lost on Jane Wyatt, Proprietor of The Beeches Nursing Home. Reading a number of blogs posted in the past months indicates The Beeches has initiated a strategy of upgrading its facilities one assumes underpinned by significant cash injections? The Beeches is regarded by some as one of the most prestigious nursing homes in Worthing and possibly within West Sussex.

The big question for some is how has The Beeches achieved a leadership position as they have underperformed the CQC report by 40%?

The latest government-regulated CQC report shows The Beeches unperformed by 40% against CQC 5-point assessment criteria. The Beeches standards were assessed as unacceptable.*(see details below). Clearly, The Beeches owners look like a savvy marketing outfit, they recently upgraded and launched a very professional website. All this needs cash. Undoubtedly, the forty-odd privileged residents at this privately run establishment receive first-class treatment, as you would expect for paying a 5-star price tag in many cases running into tens of thousands of pounds. The large and impressive stucco building was purpose built unlike many which are large house conversions with the limitations this brings with it. The manicured gardens, the luxury ‘Look and Feel’ of The Beeches exudes money and one assumes a great deal of cash was needed to make this happen by family owners Jane Wyatt and Sarah Wyatt

The question many cheated victims of cyber fraud citing Paul Hargrave as the perpetrator and his relationship with The Beeches owner are asking is where did the cash come from to support The Beeches upgrades?

Funding from Illegal sources?

I have recently been contacted by a number of individuals claiming that The Beeches may have received ‘funding from illegal sources. knowing or unknowingly by its owners (Messers Wyatt) to fund The Beech's multi-million-pound real estate business. They claim Sarah Wyatt’s spouse Paul Hargrave is directly involved in organized crime, setting-up international collection accounts and managing money laundering activities involving millions of pounds and ripping off hundreds of British innocent investors. Hargrave and his gang I have been told have been reported to the NFIB (National Fraud Intelligence Bureau)

Money laundering is linked to ‘Dirty Money’obtained in most cases from fraud, theft, drug dealing and terrorism. Criminals typically set up complex networks of ‘collection accounts’ involving foreign banks across counties before washing or laundering’ money through a legitimate and preferably well-established enterprise. The purpose is to avoid tax and once money is ‘washed’ can be used for legitimate purposes

A direct link to organized crime is alleged to exist between The Beeches nursing home and Paul Hargrave

I stress that I have seen no evidence to involve The Beeches nursing home Worthing of any wrongdoing. However, I have been advised by a number of sources claiming documents do exist proving a family member of The Beeches and his associates are involved in fraud and international money laundering. Furthermore, I have been sent copies of Indonesian ‘collection accounts’ that purport to be used to consolidate fraudulent transactions from scam websites, managed and controlled by amongst others Paul Hargrave and Mathew Giles. Thus on this bases IF true, shows there is a link between organized crime to The Beeches. There seems to be a persuasive argument developing by Fisher Capital Management victims and others that not everything is as it seems

The ‘husband’ of Jane Wyatt is Paul Hargrave and the partner in crime is Mathew Giles, both individuals are believed to be residing in the UK. An address in York Road, Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 3EN is registered as that of Jane Wyatt at companies house. I have also been advised that Paul Hargrave has a residence in a high-end neighbourhood in also in Manila, Philippines. Victims climes they have details of addresses and others in the gang. They claim Paul Hargrave, is a prominent cybercrime gang member responsible for stealing millions of pounds from innocent investors using a sophisticated web of deception to target and entrap innocent British citizens and others. A number of Paul Hargrave gang members are purported to live in Manila including Mathew Gile's criminal family
