Newly Published Correspondence Conclusively May Show Arts Promotions Entrepreneur Yoshio Morita Lied All The Way To Court?

 It is not known if or how many innocent people have been scammed by fraudster Morita according to Shaun Lattin petitioning creditor. Morita, who goes also by the name of ‘Ken’. What is known is the prolonged and acrid case against Morita for the repayment of over £200,000 has not abated

The center of this now well-publicized case is who is telling the truth and who is the consummate liar? We have been exclusively provided with evidence part of which is published below. We have our own views but what are yours?

Shown extracts are from a plethora of documents we have had sight of. What we believe to be the salient points are published below for you to decide who is the consummate liar.


In summary Morita (the debtor) is stating conclusively money from Lattin (the petitioning creditor) was NOT a loan but ‘support money’ (a gift) and Lattin wasn't expected to be paid back. Morita goers on record in a witness statement presented at county court stating it was ‘Sponsorship’ funding. Our take on sponsorship is

‘Sponsorship is when a company commits money or resources to a nonprofit event or program in exchange for specific promotional benefits. At its core, sponsorship is an exchange of money for services.’

We have seen no documentary evidence to show any benefit received by Lattin from Morita or anything in writing to suggest that there were some benefits proposed by Morita. We have also had sight of a witness statement by Morita doc ref 2150296600 p1 of 8 which states in 1 of (111) 

‘If it is found that Mr. Lattin made loans, they were not to me but the limited company’

Is this a conundrum or a bag of lies? You tell us!

Morita was well connected in the London arts promotion scene relying on the kindness and goodwill of leading academics, gallery owners, and specialist artists to support and help him and his business. They are all beyond reproach, but understandably reeling from the allegation levied in numerous blogs both of accusations of gross fraud by Morita and planning the sexualization of young models in Japan hotel bedroom for financial gain. Both accusations Morita strongly denies but from our investigations have not hired lawyers to defend his position.

It is for you to decide who is telling the truth. Was it a loan was it a gift by Lattin to Morita?

    These accusations are untrue and fabrication. The man posted is Shaun L who lives in Northamptonshire. Shaun approached Morita ten years ago and offered a donation to support artists of EWAAC. Morita was delighted but soon after Morita found that the real reason Shaun donated was to see young Japanese female artists. Shaun showed Morita many sexy young girls photos on his PC and asked Morita to make videos to make money.  Morita refused and felt sick.  Then Shaun lost lots of money by gambling on the stock market and needed money quickly. So Shaun asked Morita to get his donated money back but it was a donation and no contract so Morita declined, therefore, Shaun brought the case to the County Court but Morita Won, of course. Shaun tried to appeal to the High Court but it was dismissed and the end of the story of all money matters so that all Shaun's accusations about money are his fabrication and forged evidence which is a criminal offence.
    Then he changed his tactic and fabricated stories that Morita has been producing sex videos by using underaged girls in a hotel in Tokyo. It's completely fabrication and how can he know such details without being in Japan and I did not see him for ten years except just met in Court. What about all those sexy photos of young girls.  I have never published such and these are from his own collection. He showed me such before in his PC and all these stories are his own fantasy and he wanted to do by himself. He is a very dangerous man for all young girls.and the police are investigating him now.
    Shaun has crossed the line from defamation to Harassment by sending letters to my business associates with a fake name in storen address in Tokyo. Shaun thought my business associates cannot check the address in Tokyo but all my business associates believe I am not such a man so they contacted me and passed the letters and suggested I should report to the police. I have already checked the name is a fake and no such person lived in that address in Tokyo as I asked my friend to check. I have submitted these evidence to the Police.These letters are clear harassment not only  to me to all my business associates.  Can you imagine, all my business associates are distinguished people such as professors of art universities, owners of renowned art galleries, established artists, and our sponsors (Air lines, Fuji films etc.) and even Shaun mentioned Japanese Embassy...... how they feel if they see their names in his blog in this way?  It's a criminal act !
    The damage of reputation of mine, my company, all my business associates and sponsors are enormous. All allegations and evidence this man shows are fabrication and forged evidence which is a serious crime, therefore, we are waiting for the police's investigation and hope they will catch him soon.  This man is very dangerous for our society.
