If the company run promotion is derailed though these allegations will Morita and his fellow two directors Stefania Pinson and David Mark Stevens be financial able to pay back the entrance fees to contestants together with cost for returning their precious art works?
The ‘word on the street’ is Morita was quietly looking for company funding even after the competition was launch and the assortment of financial prizes announced. If true this begs the question as to how liquid Ial.org Ltd is and has it adequate funds to see this promotion through, or could it be ‘wound-up’ like other companies Morita has run?
Mr Morita has been called to account and challenged to provide tangible evidence to back up his ‘Bad Man’ accusation which his ‘victims’ claim are directed at them. Mr Morita has point blank refused to provide any proof or name the individuals. To underline his weakness his even gone to the extent of blocking the page! These kind hearted judges could now suffer the humiliation and embarrassment of trying to justify their decision in the first place of helping Morita in the first place. Special mention goes to Judge Stefania Pinsone, who is NOT and ‘independent judge’ but holds a directorship in Mr Morita’s company Ial.org Ltd. As such one would expect Ms. Pinsone to be fully aware of the public accusations against Mr Morita as a fraudster and planner of ‘questionable involvement’ videoing ‘young girls’ in a hotel and linked to Moritas planning of ‘pay to view’! This is of cause if Morita was actually truthful and divulged details to her and his fellow director David Stevens in the first place?

Morita is on record totally denying Any loan, Any repayment commitment and Any interest payment liability! However emails we have obtained tell another story! According to Luton County court papers Mr Morita stated under-oath as the sum is ‘sponsoring the companies objectives’ another statement ‘speculative investment ‘ money with ‘NO LIABILITY’ to pay back.
If it is found that (‘said victim’) made loans they were not to me but to the limited company
So Mr Morita it wasn't a loan but sponsorship and you had no obligation to pay it back ! Another lie from a fraudster

Clearly from what I have read on the web and the accompanying documentation, Mr Morita has a case to answer. He needs to face up to this, provide tangible proof to discount these emails as being with out merit.. He must publicly through his web site apologise to his Judges for placing them in such an embarrassing position. I believe the ‘silver bullet’ would be for Mr. Morita to provide and publish conclusive documentary evidence that the disputed debt was all along a gift or show that there was no expectation by the ‘said victim’ of being paid back.
